Well this is a good idea...
Duh! By not protecting these folks against HIV and AIDS it's just ultimately going to cost us - the tax payers more money!

Well... I'm a busy guy so besides working 60-70 hours a week, keeping up with this blog, and having somewhat of a social life as a proud, single, gay male, I have to say I didn't have time to read your *entire* comment. In short, this is what I have to say to all of this: I'm a Buddhist.
